PRINCE BROOKS HIGGINS, JR. - 53, resided in Austin, Texas and passed away May 5, 2020. Mr. Higgins, Jr. hailed from the state of Michigan, city of Grand Rapids; he was the son of the the late Rev. Prince Brooks Higgins, Sr. and Mrs. Mary Higgins (Cedar Creek, Texas).

Mr. Higgins, Jr. is survived by his wife, Mary Higgins.
