Keith Lewis Obituary
Keith Anthony Lewis, born February 21, 1952, in Austin, Texas, to Sarah Alice Toles and Frank Lewis, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2025.
A proud Austin native, Keith attended Greater Mount Zion Nursery School, Blackshear Elementary, Kealing Junior High, and Reagan High School. He later worked with dedication and care at Phillips-Upshaw & Richard Funeral Home.
Keith was a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys, San Antonio Spurs, and Texas Longhorns.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Frank Lewis. He leaves to cherish his memory his siblings: Marva Lewis, Frederick Lewis, Paula Cross, Willie “Billy” Cross Jr., James Cross, and Mark Cross, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
The family expresses deep gratitude to WellMed Nurse Barbara; Hospice Austin and Christopher House; Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation–North Austin; Austin Palliative Care; and Choice Health at Home for their compassionate care and support.
Keith’s life is a testament to the power of renewal, perseverance, and faith.
He will be deeply missed.
