Janie (aka "Honeybee")

1922-2021

JANIE B. MOORE passed away on Tuesday, Sept 21, 2021 in Austin, Texas.  Janie was born to the late Joe and Marrah Smith.  Janie worked for many years to help support her family, and was loved and respected by her employers.  Janie accepted Christ at an early age and lived by her faith.  She married Ollen Moore and five children were added to this Union.

Janie was preceded in death by her husband Ollen Moore, and her daughter Flora LeDay of Houston, Texas.  She leaves to Cherish her Memory: three sons, Ollen Moore, Jr. (Loraine) of Austin, Texas ; Larry Moore ( Paris) of Plymouth, Minnesota; Douglass  Moore of Austin, Texas; and, one daughter, Alta Hines (William) of Universal City, Texas.  She is also survived by her six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
