Frank Wilson, Jr., son of Frank Wilson, Sr. and the late Mae Lois Wilson, (May 2023) was born on November 10, 1961 in Austin, Texas. He attended the public schools in Austin, Texas and was a graduate of Anderson High School.
He professed his faith in Jesus Christ at an early age and became a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Raphael C. Smith. He sung in the Starlight Band, under the direction of Sis. Christine Patton. He attended Sunday School and Baptist Training Union. He was in a group called "Ambassadors for Christ" under the leadership of Dea. David Ockletree and Sis. Blondell Smith.
Mr. WIison was a Security Guard and was later employed by the City of Austin as a Crossing Guard.
In his leisure time he enjoyed playing video games, watching wrestling matches and watching football. His favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed being on the internet and following celebrities through their fan sights.
He loved his family and wore caps like his dad.
He departed this life on Thursday – October 19, 2023.
Frank, Jr., was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Mae Lois Wilson.
His beautiful life and infectious smile will forever be cherished in the lives of his dad, Frank Wilson, Sr. and sister, Vanessa Kay Wilson, aunts, uncles, cousins, God siblings, and a host of relatives and friends.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith; Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteous, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also live his appearing.
